Many environments are not conducive to learning; therefore, acquiring and remembering important knowledge or skills (especially when there is a lot to know) can be a struggle. When learning is challenging, frustration often sets in, and critical information is lost or forgotten when needed most.
I believe every training experience should ignite learning in ways that information is accessible and transferrable. Being able to recall knowledge when needed gives confidence in one’s abilities to explore what is possible!

Master Teacher and Camp Expert
I have been teaching since I was old enough to play school in my basement and have over 30 years of experience as a seasoned camp professional. If I can explain math to 8th graders so they get it (and like it), I can teach just about anything!
I deliver content using appropriate training methods based on the topic and desired learning outcomes.
Innovative and Versatile
I employ creative and interactive learning strategies to present training topics so that information can be easily remembered when needed most.
I am able to effectively work with groups of varying ages, sizes and backgrounds in both indoor/outdoor and virtual settings worldwide.
